That's very disconcerting and it actually made me really angry last night. ![]() ![]() The worst part of this is that I had not yet linked my account to Gamecenter, Facebook or an email account, so I'm pretty sure my username and character and complete toast and I'll have to start all over again. Far too short for a game of this size and certainly not as long as when I installed it initially. One thing I'll say is that the load times were very short on those reinstalls. I repeated that process a few times but the 4994 error persists. At that point, out of frustration, I tried killing the app and deleting it completely, restarting the Apple TV and then reinstalling it from scratch. So, I killed the app and restarted the Apple TV several times and got the same problem. There was nothing moving on screen at all using either the Siri Remote or my Steel Series Nimbus, but I could hear the "whooshing" sound that's typically made when moving the cursor around in the game. It showed some of the action buttons, also sort of washed out in color. It went through the usual load screens and then, instead of taking me to the normal game screen where you can access all of the various parts of the game, it brought up this white-washed screen with my character in the middle of it, frozen. After yesterday's update, I started the game and got something really bizarre, though. I submitted a trouble ticket and am awaiting a response. This particular comment from one of the forum users fit my experience precisely: I'm not certain that it's every player on Apple TV, but I've heard nothing to prove otherwise. ![]() There are a bunch of people having this same issue.
